Description
Development of a commercial surface on a rather tight, deep and enclosed (except for the shorter side facing the Zeil) plot of land that will aim at avoiding the triviality of a shopping mall and, on the contrary, to succeed in keeping a strong public space character (“Straße Raum”). Moreover, the project provides a protection to the strong sun radiation and to the bad weather without spoiling the Piazza and his very urban peculiarity.
